A podcast about breakdowns and build-ups, because we’re all going through it.
Barely Untamed is the podcast to listen to when you feel like you’re going through it alone. We talk about some of the hardest moments of life, but with a levity that makes it all a little bit more bearable. And it’s not always serious. If giggles and random tangents and unfiltered swearing sound like your cup of tea, then you might like our style.
Barely Untamed launched in January of 2024, and new episodes come out biweekly – meaning, every other week, not twice a week, because we are not that ambitious. In fact, let’s not even say biweekly, let’s just say every other Wednesday. weekly – we lied and we are that ambitious. New episodes now release every Wednesday.
Hosted by @podcastingveronica and @sarahphillips.lv.

How it Happened
Once upon a time, we became really obsessed with meeting for monthly breakfast catch-ups at French bistros. It was kind of our thing. Amongst the pastries, we’d open up to each other about the events of our lives, our wildest thoughts, and topics that are typically reserved for a therapy appointment. Yet, we’d somehow leave feeling lighter than before. We could be vulnerable and raw with each other, and end up feeling totally seen.
That’s our motivation in creating this podcast: we want everyone to be able to feel that connection and know that while you may be the only person in your immediate circle going through something, you are not alone.
